A trained, experienced, and insured Pond Pro will visit your property to inspect your existing water feature, document the equipment, evaluate how the system is designed, and identify possible issues. Because water features can be built in hundreds of different ways, this inspection helps us reverse-engineer the system and determine the best path forward.
Our inspection fee is $350 and includes the first hour on-site. Additional time, if needed, is billed at $175 per man-hour.
During the visit, your Pond Pro will service the water feature and make requested repairs when possible. However, we cannot promise that an existing pond, waterfall, or water feature can be repaired or maintained until a full inspection has been completed. After the inspection, we may recommend repairs, upgrades, improvements, or ongoing maintenance options designed to help you enjoy your water feature for the long term.
