Pond Transformations In Phoenix, AZ

Does your pond, waterfall, or water feature in Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Glendale leave you feeling disappointed every time you see it—or worse, smell it?

You’re not alone. We meet homeowners every week who invested in a water feature that looked great at first but quickly became a source of frustration. Maybe it was a “home show special,” a DIY project, or an installation that never worked quite right. Constant repairs, murky water, algae problems, expensive maintenance, and equipment failures can turn what should be a relaxing backyard retreat into an ongoing headache.

If you’ve already spent money on repairs that didn’t last, you’re experiencing a problem we hear about almost every day. The good news? You don’t have to keep living with a water feature you don’t enjoy.

At The Pond Gnome, we specialize in replacing outdated, unattractive, and high-maintenance water features with beautiful, professionally built ponds, waterfalls, and streams designed to be enjoyed—not endured. Most replacements are completed in less than a week, transforming an ordinary backyard into the peaceful outdoor oasis you originally envisioned.

Imagine coming home to the soothing sound of moving water, crystal-clear conditions, and a feature that’s easy to maintain and built to last. We even offer ongoing pond management programs to keep your water feature looking its best year-round.

In as little as one week, we can turn your backyard from frustrating to breathtaking—and help you fall in love with your outdoor space again.

Inspection Of Existing Ponds In Phoenix, AZ - The Pond Gnome

Inspection Of Existing Ponds In Phoenix, AZ

Not sure what’s going on with your pond, waterfall, or water feature? The Pond Gnome can help you understand exactly what you have, how it was built, and what it may need.

A trained, experienced, and insured Pond Pro will visit your property to inspect your existing water feature, document the equipment, evaluate how the system is designed, and identify possible issues. Because water features can be built in hundreds of different ways, this inspection helps us reverse-engineer the system and determine the best path forward.

Our inspection fee is $350 and includes the first hour on-site. Additional time, if needed, is billed at $175 per man-hour.

During the visit, your Pond Pro will service the water feature and make requested repairs when possible. However, we cannot promise that an existing pond, waterfall, or water feature can be repaired or maintained until a full inspection has been completed. After the inspection, we may recommend repairs, upgrades, improvements, or ongoing maintenance options designed to help you enjoy your water feature for the long term.

We also believe in being honest. If we determine that your feature is not something we can properly service, or that another solution would be better for you, we’ll tell you directly.

The first step is simple: contact us and send photos of your existing water feature and equipment. Once we review the photos, we can let you know whether The Pond Gnome is a good fit or, when possible, point you toward a more appropriate resource.

Our mission is to help every homeowner have the best possible water feature experience—whether that means repair, improvement, maintenance, or honest guidance about what comes next.

Pond Massage: Transform Your Existing Pond Without a Complete Rebuild

Is your pond, waterfall, or water feature looking tired, overgrown, or simply not functioning the way it should? A Pond Massage from The Pond Gnome may be the perfect solution.

This comprehensive pond restoration service begins with a complete drain, clean, and inspection of your water feature and all its major components. Our experienced pond professionals evaluate the condition of the pond, filtration system, pumps, plumbing, rockwork, lighting, plants, and overall functionality to determine whether the feature is a good candidate for restoration.

Once we’ve confirmed the water feature is serviceable, we go to work improving its appearance, performance, and long-term enjoyment. Depending on your pond’s needs, a Pond Massage may include:

• Removal of overgrown or invasive aquatic plants
• Removal of broken, outdated, or non-functional pond accessories
• Repositioning and re-stacking rocks to improve beauty, stability, and water flow
• Servicing or upgrading underwater lighting systems
• Cleaning and optimizing pumps, filtration, and circulation systems
• General repairs and improvements that enhance the overall health and appearance of the feature

Our goal is simple: leave your pond in significantly better condition than we found it—cleaner, healthier, more attractive, and easier to enjoy.

Once the restoration work is complete, the pond is carefully refilled, fish and aquatic life are safely reintroduced, and beneficial bacteria and enzymes are added to help establish a healthy ecosystem.

Pond Massage services start at $4,000 and include a full day with our skilled restoration crew. Many homeowners are amazed at the transformation that can be achieved without the expense of a complete pond replacement.

The first step is easy. Send us photos of your existing pond, waterfall, or water feature along with any equipment you can identify. Because water features are built in countless different ways, reviewing photos allows us to determine whether your project is a good fit for our services. If it’s not, we’ll do our best to point you toward a qualified resource who can help.

At The Pond Gnome, our mission is simple: help homeowners get the most enjoyment possible from their water features and create outdoor spaces they love coming home to.
