Pond Remodeling And Replacement In Phoenix, AZ

Are you living with an old, ugly, or dysfunctional water feature in Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Glendale, AZ that makes you cringe every time you look at it — or get a whiff of it. We feel your pain! It makes us shudder to think of all the “Home Show Specials” out there making people miserable, either because it doesn’t work right, or is a real pain to maintain. Hey, we’ve all done it: purchased something in haste, only to repent at leisure. Maybe you’ve tried to have it repaired or patched, only to find out that it’s very expensive, or that the repair only lasted a short time. You are not alone – we hear this story on almost a daily basis. If you’re planning to stay in your home, why not have something that you will enjoy?

The Pond Gnome can replace that feature, typically in less than a week. You’ll have nothing left but a bad memory, which will fade quickly as you enjoy a well-built and easily maintainable water feature! We even have pond management programs to make it so that you come home to a beautiful water feature every day. Most projects go from mundane to magical in about a week!

Inspection Of Existing Ponds In Phoenix, AZ - The Pond Gnome

Inspection Of Existing Ponds In Phoenix, AZ

A Pond Pro from the Pond Gnome will inspect your existing water feature; document the equipment; and basically reverse-engineer the water feature design. The Assessment price of $315 includes first hour on site; additional time will be charged at $160 per man hour.

During this visit, a trained, experienced, and insured Pond Pro will service the water feature and effect requested repairs, if possible.

The Pond Gnome makes no representation about the serviceability of your existing water feature until after a full Inspection has been performed. The Pond Gnome may then make certain recommendations about improvements, repairs, or maintenance that our Pond Pro feels would be of benefit to you for the long-term enjoyment of your water feature. If, for any reason, we find that we cannot be of service beyond this first visit, we will be absolutely honest with you in that regard.

The first step in this process is to contact us and send in photos of your existing feature. There are literally hundreds of ways to build a water feature, and many of those that we do not work on. By reviewing photos of your feature and its equipment, we can refer you to appropriate sources if we’re not able to be of service.

Our mission is to help everyone have the best possible water feature experience!

Pond Massage In Phoenix, AZ

A pond massage begins with an exploratory drain & clean and inspection of the existing water feature and all of its components. Once it’s been determined that the feature is serviceable, the feature will be “massaged” into a better condition by The Pond Gnome’s pond professionals. This can include removal of any invasive plant material; removal of any non-functional or dysfunctional pond accessories; rock re-stacking or modification of stonework to enhance aesthetics, functionality, and stability; underwater lighting system servicing and possible replacement; circulation and filtration system cleaning and servicing; etc. The idea is to leave the pond or water feature in a better condition and more functional than we found it. Finally, the pond will be refilled, any aquatic life re-introduced, and beneficial bacteria and enzymes added. Pricing for this service starts at $3500 for a full day of our talented crew.
